2 Nephi 29:1
1 But behold, there shall be many—at that day when I shall proceed to do a marvelous work among them, that I may remember my covenants which I have made unto the children of men, that I may set my hand again the second time to recover my people, which are of the house of Israel;	11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

These two verses in the Book of Mormon both paraphrase the phrase "the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people" from Isaiah 11:11. In each there are slight variations due to context ("I" instead of "the Lord") and who is speaking. Also note that 2 Nephi 25:17 uses "restore" but 2 Nephi 29:1 uses "recover" just like Isaiah 11:11. Neither one refers to "the remnant of his people", but only refers to "his/my people".
